Name, Email address, Team or organization affiliation, Account credentials, Age or date of birth (if provided), Demographics (if provided)
B. Movement and Performance Data:
Video recordings submitted through the platform, Movement measurements and derived metrics, Performance-related analytics, Training session history, Patient and/or athlete reported measures
C. Device and Usage Information:
IP address, Browser type, Device type, Operating system, App usage activity, Log data and analytics
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use collected information to: Provide and operate the Services, Generate movement analysis and performance insights, Improve platform functionality, Develop new features and capabilities, Respond to customer support requests, Maintain platform security, Comply with legal obligations
3. AI, ANALYTICS, AND PLATFORM IMPROVEMENT
Allheartz may use collected data in a de-identified and aggregated manner to: train and refine machine learning models, improve movement analysis capabilities, develop analytical tools and algorithms, conduct internal testing and product development, improve overall platform performance.
We take reasonable measures to remove or obscure personally identifiable information where possible before using data for these purposes.
4. RESEARCH PARTICIPATION
Allheartz may conduct research related to: human movement, athletic performance, biomechanics, training methodologies.
Participation in formal research activities is voluntary. Users may: opt in or opt out during registration, modify research participation preferences at any time. Opting out of research participation does not prevent Allheartz from using de-identified and aggregated data for internal platform improvement and operational purposes.
5. SHARING OF INFORMATION
We may share information with:
A. Authorized Team Personnel
Including: coaches, trainers, strength staff, authorized organizational personnel, medical or specialty personnel
B. Service Providers
Third-party providers that help operate the Services, such as:
cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, infrastructure and security vendors. These providers are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and appropriate security protections.
C. Legal Compliance
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect: users, the Company, legal rights or safety
6. DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect user information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. MINORS
Users under the age of 18 may use the Services only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Parents or guardians acknowledge and consent to: collection and use of the minor’s information, movement and performance analysis, sharing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

California residents may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to: request access to personal information, request deletion of personal information, request correction of inaccurate information. Allheartz does not sell personal information. Requests may be submitted through the application or by contacting us directly.
9. DATA RETENTION
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to: provide the Services, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements. De-identified and aggregated information may be retained indefinitely.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of therevised Privacy Policy.
