Markerless computer vision that reconstructs joint motion and kinematics from ordinary phone video — one shared engine powering both athletic and clinical care.

Markerless capture
Any phone's camera — no markers, no wearables.
02
2D → 3D reconstruction
Pose estimation rebuilds joints and kinematics.

Objective metrics
Reproducible, per-joint measures — remote, reliable.
Shared exams improve the loop — and help us get better.
Allheartz is one measurement engine that pairs our best-fit model to each use case. Both divisions share the same core and the same growing understanding — and can converge on fewer models over time, without changing what clinicians and coaches see.
With permission, de-identified motion helps us understand how bodies move and recover — so the product keeps getting better for everyone. The more we learn, the deeper and more insightful it becomes.
The engine measures — Class I, measurement-exempt today, with registration planned for Q4 2026. Prediction is a separate, deliberate SaMD path taken only once the measurement core is established, so every accuracy improvement never re-opens the cleared path.
